We are currently experiencing an issue that prevents a few users from being able to login to the Snapdocs platform. If you experience this, you will see a page that says "this site cannot be reached". Please try refreshing the page to resolve the issue.
This is a global issue with Amazon AWS (https://status.aws.amazon.com/). We are in contact with the AWS team and this issue has been escalated and is being actively investigated. We will continue to send frequent updates, but do not have an ETA at this time.
